Advanced Excel and supply planning define this Senior Supply Planning Analyst role at Cozey, based in Town of Mont-Royal or from home. You will balance inventory, service, and working capital.

Reporting to the Manager, Supply Planning, you will own planning for assigned products, suppliers, and markets. The work combines demand forecasting, replenishment, safety stock, lead times, and supplier constraints. You will provide recommendations that support purchasing and inventory decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end supply planning across products, suppliers, and markets
- Translate forecasts into purchasing and replenishment requirements
- Balance inventory, service levels, working capital, and cost
- Optimize lead times, safety stock, reorder points,



and batch sizes
- Present risks, constraints, and recommendations for S&OP; decisions

Requirements:

- Three or more years in supply or inventory planning
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of replenishment, safety stock, lead times, and MOQs
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled planning tools
