Build AI agents and automations for Stripe’s Sales Development team, working directly with users in an office or remote location.

As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will transform Sales Development workflows through hands-on AI builds. You will understand team processes, prioritize valuable opportunities, and improve how work gets done. The position requires diagnostic thinking, AI development proficiency, and robust communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify high-leverage Sales Development workflows and understand their inputs
- Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills
- Prioritize builds with Sales Development leaders
- Ship working versions and improve them through user feedback
- Measure effects on time, quality, and possible work

Requirements:

- Three or more years of diagnostic, problem-solving, and collaborative experience
- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents, tools, automations, or workflows
- Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, agent frameworks, or API integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams and relationships
