Sun Life Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Financial Crime Operations in Canada. You will lead QA reviews of name screening and transaction monitoring, document findings and provide independent challenge to investigative conclusions, escalation decisions and regulatory reporting.

The role covers QA framework ownership, calibration with teams, monitoring remediation, and maintaining knowledge of AML/ATF requirements.
