Lead capital project procurement in Calgary or Fort McMurray using sourcing expertise, commercial negotiation, and supplier management skills. This office-based contract supports Mine & Tailings projects.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Procurement Advisor for its Supply Chain organization. This one-year contract may extend and focuses on materials and services procurement for Mine & Tailings capital projects. You will create procurement strategies, optimize costs, mitigate supply risks, and support project objectives through effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage materials and services procurement for capital projects
- Develop, issue, and administer RFx sourcing events
- Evaluate proposals and recommend supplier selections and awards
- Negotiate pricing,



commercial terms, and supply arrangements
- Manage purchase orders through creation, expediting, and closeout

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of related skilled experience
- Capital project procurement experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Supply Chain
- Proven sourcing, procurement execution, and negotiation experience
- Experience using SAP, Fieldglass, Ariba, or MyTrack
