You will work with stakeholders, developers and external partners to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions that improve service delivery and automate business processes.

The role focuses on platform stability, upgrades, governance and continuous improvement across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and CS modules, in an in‑office Calgary setting.
