You will ship production systems into live operations, identify high-leverage workflows, and own delivery end to end. Key Responsibilities: Embed with portfolio companies to understand operational workflows
Identify high-leverage workflows for agentic software
Build integrations, prompts, evaluations, and UI surfaces
Operate and tune deployed systems after launch
Codify reusable engineering patterns into playbooks
Requirements: Three to six years of relevant engineering experience
Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript or Python, React, and SQL
Production LLM or agentic software shipped externally
Evaluations, outcome tracking, and daily AI development tools
Comfort traveling frequently to portfolio companies
