This permanent Khronos Standard Expert Lead role sits within Huawei’s Central Media Technology Institute and Graphics Technology Lab. You will lead standards work spanning Vulkan, OpenGL, SPIR-V, glTF, webGL, and webGPU. The position focuses on proposing API specification enhancements while considering production, delivery, and runtime impacts across the ecosystem.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Three years participating in KHRONOS or W3C activities
Experience with Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenGL|ES, and SPIR-V
Understanding of computer graphics and parallel computing
Robust communication and presentation abilities
