This Manager, Tender and Contracts Operations position leads the full tender and contract lifecycle for Canadian business units. You will guide submissions, maintain pricing and contract systems, and support Product Managers, Business Unit Managers, and sales representatives. The work requires leadership, analytical judgment, and solid stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional tender submissions and final compliance reviews
Manage contracts through execution, amendments, renewals, and termination
Maintain pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and commercial terms
Coordinate tender awards, losses, renewals,



and stakeholder communications
Oversee reporting and the Salesforce contract management system
Requirements: College diploma or undergraduate degree
Three to five years of contract administration or management experience
Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
French-English bilingualism strongly preferred
Advanced SAP and enterprise business systems knowledge
