Lead project controls for Ground Engineering projects across BC and Yukon, using forecasting and scheduling to clarify performance. Partner with technical teams and Project Managers.
As Project Controls Lead at WSP, you will support a portfolio of Ground Engineering projects. You will manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, cash flow, schedules, and performance tracking. The work includes identifying risks, guiding rebaselining, and improving reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project controls across Ground Engineering project portfolios
Maintain budgets, forecasts, accruals, cash flow, and schedules
Guide forecasting, rebaselining, and performance recovery
Analyze earned value, costs, progress, and variances
Deliver reports,



dashboards, forecasts, and performance insights
Requirements: Diploma or degree in a related discipline
Progressive project or cost controls experience
Experience with budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting
Proficiency with Oracle financial tools and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Apply project controls, earned value, scheduling, and risk management expertise to strengthen WSP project delivery across BC and Yukon.
