As Senior Manager, QA Services, you will lead, manage, and coach Salesforce QA teams supporting ATB’s enterprise CRM journey. You will define quality strategies for configuration, customization, data migration, and integrations. The work combines automated testing, delivery processes, stakeholder partnership, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop QA strategies across Salesforce platforms and integration touchpoints
Expand automated regression test suites across applications
Champion SDLC and Continuous Delivery process compliance
Manage QA Leads and Specialists supporting engineering projects




Establish metrics and improve quality assurance practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Three-plus years managing IT delivery and maintenance teams
Enterprise quality strategy and automated testing framework experience
Salesforce, cloud development, and deployment experience preferred
CI/CD pipelines, Agile, security, and test automation knowledge
