As Equisoft’s Senior Project Manager, you will oversee development and implementation projects while working with Business Analysts, Architects, Configurators, and QA specialists. The position supports Equisoft /Manage, a cloud SaaS Policy Administration System for insurance operations. You will optimize business processes and workflows, contributing to client satisfaction and company goals. This is a full time temporary assignment lasting twelve months, with possible prolongation.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage assigned project development and implementation stages
Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and scope




Coordinate project teams and support task completion
Assist customers during project definition and preliminary analysis
Maintain project indicators and manage change requests
Requirements: Ten to fifteen years of IT or finance project management experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant college diploma and experience
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
Experience managing development cycles and client-facing projects
Excellent written and verbal French and English
Bring structured leadership, analytical thinking, and bilingual project expertise to Equisoft’s insurance technology implementations and client-facing initiatives.
