This full time Proposal Procurement Lead reports to the Senior Manager, Proposal Procurement, North America. You will lead complex bids, standardize workflows, and negotiate critical spend packages during the bidding phase. The work combines engineering drawings, capital project costing, supplier pricing, and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement strategy for complex project bids
Execute proposal costing through submission and project transfer
Route sourcing packages to category and execution teams
Maintain NORAM Price Book pricing data
Apply REX lessons to future bids
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
Five to seven years in water, wastewater, EPC, or industrial contracting
Experience with procurement estimation or project sourcing
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP platforms
Up to ten percent annual travel
Bring proposal costing, engineering aptitude, negotiation, and analytical skills to Veolia Water Technologies' procurement team.
