This Business Relationship Manager serves as the primary IT partner for plant leadership across manufacturing operations. The role connects business strategy with digitally enabled solutions, operational performance, and reliable shop-floor execution. It requires senior accountability for technology outcomes, investments, and digital alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Drive IT outcomes across PCS manufacturing and business functions
Apply Lean and Six Sigma to operational improvement initiatives
Maintain digital thread integrity and end-to-end data continuity
Lead plant-level ERP, MES, infrastructure, and cybersecurity execution




Develop business cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and value plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field
Minimum ten years’ IT, digital, or operational experience
Minimum two years supporting manufacturing plant IT environments
Hands-on ERP and MES experience in industrial environments
Eligibility to work in Canada and travel to the United States
