Key Responsibilities Lead business transformation initiatives from strategy definition through to implementation.
Assess current organizational structures, processes, and capabilities to identify areas for transformation.
Design and implement new organizational models, operating procedures, and workflows.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
Manage project teams, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities and ensure knowledge transfer.
Measure the impact of transformation initiatives and provide ongoing support for optimization.




Contribute to the development of the firm's transformation consulting capabilities and methodologies.
Build strong, trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business transformation, change management consulting, or organizational development.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of various transformation frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean), and change management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive consensus among diverse groups.
Experience working with businesses in Kimberley or the Northern Cape is preferred.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
