The Senior Director shapes enterprise customer intelligence across analytics, business intelligence, data science, artificial intelligence, and measurement. Reporting to the VP, Loyalty & Customer Analytics, this leader translates customer behavior into growth strategies. The mandate includes loyalty, customer data, experimentation, and MarTech capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Define enterprise Customer Intelligence and customer growth insights strategies
Own segmentation, lifetime value, retention, and customer health analytics
Develop loyalty AI, predictive analytics, and personalization roadmaps
Lead customer data governance, Customer 360, and identity resolution
Manage measurement, experimentation, platforms,



vendors, and investment evaluation
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, business, or analytics discipline
10+ years in data science, engineering, BI, CRM, loyalty, or insights
7+ years leading analytics, data science, BI, or intelligence teams
Enterprise strategy and transformation experience involving data, cloud, CDP, CRM, or AI
Executive advisory experience and expert knowledge of data architecture and governance
Shape Pet Valu’s customer growth through enterprise analytics, artificial intelligence, data governance, and measurable loyalty intelligence.
