Own ERP implementation delivery for inecta Food remotely across Canada, combining client leadership with disciplined project and budget management.
As Senior Project Manager, you will deliver ERP or SaaS implementation projects while managing client relationships, expectations, scope, and finances. You will support inecta’s strategic goals by retaining profitable reference clients and identifying business opportunities. The work includes mentoring project managers and strengthening delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities: Lead client relationships and manage expectations proactively
Execute multiple projects through authoritative project plans
Manage budgets, scope status, and client change orders
Assess risks, communicate deviations, and take corrective action




Mentor project managers and improve delivery standards
Requirements: Experience delivering ERP or SaaS implementation projects
Managed 10 or more projects exceeding $100K budgets
Degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and independent working skills
Willingness to travel 15% to 20% with valid passport
