Within Scotia Dealer Advantage’s Collections department, this senior analyst develops reporting and databases for business needs. You will work with team members, business partners, and management to clarify requirements and deliver user-friendly reporting. Your analysis supports performance indicators, service agreements, controls, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities: Clarify business and data requirements with stakeholders
Deliver intuitive files and reporting in user-friendly formats
Maintain current reporting and develop future reporting solutions
Review trends, investigate discrepancies,



and prepare management reports
Provide analysis and recommendations for business initiatives
Requirements: Hands-on SSMS, SQL Server Management Studio experience
Hands-on SSIS project deployment experience
Hands-on SSRS, SQL Server Reporting Services experience
Experience with SAS, SQL, Report Builder, or Power BI
Two years’ collections operations reporting experience is nice to have
