Key Responsibilities: Oversee divisional workforce scheduling service delivery
Establish standardized scheduling processes and service levels
Monitor staffing coverage, vacancies, and utilization metrics
Drive workflow, system, and resource allocation improvements




Coach Scheduling Team Leads and direct reports
Requirements: Postsecondary degree in business or healthcare administration
Seven-plus years of progressive workforce leadership experience
Three-plus years leading managers, supervisors, or team leads
Workforce management and scheduling systems experience
Advanced planning, analytics, communication, and change management skills
