Key Responsibilities: Lead global engineering teams across North America and Asia
Shape engineering investments and organizational priorities
Drive design for manufacturability and product introductions
Coordinate development programs, reviews, resources, and governance




Advise executives on strategy, innovation, and business priorities
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
Fifteen years in power electronics or power supply development
Ten years leading engineering teams and developing talent
Power conversion expertise spanning controls, magnetics, thermal management, and compliance
Willingness to travel globally up to thirty percent
