As a Junior Accountant on BDO’s Assurance team, beginning in September 2027, you will prepare engagement documentation and financial statements. You will understand client industries, challenges, and opportunities while delivering positive, professional service. The work also includes identifying opportunities with existing clients and adopting digital tools.
Key Responsibilities: Use technical course knowledge on accounting assignments
Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
Prepare financial statements and working papers




Respond effectively to client requests and suggestions
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree or diploma
Necessary CPA prerequisites
