Support participant safety and well-being as an overnight Recovery Care Worker with The Bridge in Kelowna, British Columbia. This is in office, part-time work.
The Bridge Youth & Family Services seeks a Temporary Part-Time Recovery Care Worker for YRH Phase II. You will support Recovery & Addiction program locations based on need while maintaining safe, clean homes. The position is six months and averages 12 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure participant safety during assigned overnight shifts
Support participants’ physical and emotional well-being
Maintain cleanliness across Recovery & Addiction homes
Maintain safe conditions within program homes
Support Bridge program locations based on operational need
Requirements: Human Services diploma or equivalent education
Six months of related experience
Ability to engage appropriately with adult and youth participants
Confidence managing crises in potentially stressful environments
Criminal Record Search according to agency policy
Bring independent judgment, crisis management, and participant care skills to overnight Recovery Care Worker shifts with The Bridge.
