This senior position oversees credit due diligence, risk analysis, and authorization for moderate to high complexity loan proposals. You will structure financing decisions aligned with BDC policies, procedures, and credit risk standards. The work spans businesses across industries and regions, supporting prudent credit decisions and responsible portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities: Underwrite and authorize loan proposals from $350,000 to $1.5 million
Set credit terms, pricing, repayment structures, and covenants
Review documentation and negotiate transaction structures with internal partners




Resolve compliance matters and material transaction changes
Coach employees and support team knowledge sharing
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, accounting, or related field
Minimum five years’ relevant credit or commercial lending experience
Demonstrated commercial financing analysis, structuring, and assessment ability
Robust credit judgment and understanding of risk governance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
