Support Walmart’s overnight stocking teams in Terrace, British Columbia, through daily direction, merchandising oversight, and associate development.

This Stocking Team Lead assists the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management Team with department execution. You plan activities according to workload and operational functions, respond to inquiries, and assist on the salesfloor. Communication, team huddles, training, audits, and secure store conditions are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist management with department direction and task coordination
- Tour assigned areas to identify training opportunities
- Review schedules with the People Lead
- Maintain secure displays, fixtures, doors, and lockups




- Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support Management

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to plan department activities around workload requirements
- Ability to identify deficiencies and execute corrective merchandising changes
- Ability to teach, train, and provide associate feedback
- Ability to follow Company safety policies and procedures
