Lead heavy-duty truck service with customer intake, estimating, and parts coordination at Battle Motors. Work across counter, phone, email, and fleet accounts.

This Service Advisor manages customer experiences from first contact through delivery and follow-up. The work includes VIN-based parts identification, work-order creation, technician coordination, estimates, authorizations, and proactive status updates. You will also support business development across Southeast Michigan vocational fleets, municipalities, and conquest accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture customer requests, vehicle details, urgency, and service history
• Build estimates using labor times, VMRS coding, and parts pricing
• Coordinate technicians, parts staging, scheduling, quality checks,

• Provide daily updates for repairs exceeding four hours
• Develop fleet accounts and document contacts in HubSpot

Requirements:

• Ability to identify parts using VIN, serial number, and model
• Ability to explain repairs and obtain documented authorization
• Ability to operate HubSpot, Epicor, Fullbay, and VWMS
• Ability to invoice accurately and verify payment or account terms
• Commitment to safety procedures, training, and required protective equipment
