No previous experience is required.Successful applicants will participate in a 4-to-5-week pre-employment training program that combines classroom learning and hands-on experience in the Insulator trade. Participants will gain valuable knowledge in safety, PPE, industry certifications, and the realities of working in Alberta's industrial maintenance sector.
