The Department of Medicine seeks a Facilities Support person supporting more than 200 faculty members and 400 staff. You will coordinate space allocation, moves, equipment inventories, and key inventories. The work supports spaces and facilities central to medical education and research.



This position sits under the Department of Medicine Facilities Support Lead and works with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with space allocation activities across department facilities
• Coordinate moves supporting faculty and staff spaces
• Maintain equipment inventories for department facilities
• Maintain key inventories for assigned spaces
• Support medical education and research facilities
