This Store Environmental Team Member maintains the overall look and feel of the Michaels store. The work includes cleaning assigned areas, deep cleaning high traffic spaces, and helping customers find products. Retail or cleaning experience is preferred for this Toronto position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and dispose of trash using approved procedures
- Dust and damp mop floors throughout assigned areas
- Deep clean bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify supervisors about supply needs
- Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers with shopping

Requirements:

- Retail or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
