As a Staff Software Developer, you will build reliable front-end and back-end code for applications used daily by customers. You will design services, support architecture, and improve testing, security, and performance. The position also includes mentoring developers and coordinating technical work with analysts, product owners, designers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end code
- Design and evolve APIs and services
- Prepare test plans and write automated tests
- Resolve production performance, security, and reliability issues
- Document standards, solutions, and technical practices

Requirements:

- Five years of full stack development experience
- Node.js and/or Go back-end development experience
- MongoDB, Redis, Git, and team-oriented workflow experience
- System design knowledge covering architecture, APIs, and data management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; French and English bilingualism
