As Maintenance Manager, you will guide the environmental services team within a retirement community. You will coordinate housekeeping and maintenance support while maintaining equipment reliability and performance. Working with the Executive Director and residence leadership team, you will help maintain resident satisfaction and a positive living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support
- Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required
- Maintain building condition, safety, and equipment performance

Requirements:

- Minimum three years environmental services or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems
- Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance practices
- Facility management program enrollment or trades license
- Working at heights and JHSC certification, or willingness to obtain
