Analyst, Technology and Innovation Toronto Hybrid

We are looking for a junior, hands‑on Technology Innovation Analyst to join a team focused on solving business challenges using AI, automation, data and emerging technologies. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career technical professional who enjoys building solutions, experimenting with new technologies and turning ideas into working prototypes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design and build proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes and technology experiments.
- Use Python, SQL, Generative AI and APIs to develop practical solutions to business problems.
- Explore AI agents, automation and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions and incorporate feedback.
- Evaluate recent tools and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

What We're Looking For





- Approximately 1–3 years of relevant technical experience, including internships or co‑op placements.
- Strong recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Hands‑on Python development skills and basic SQL/database knowledge.
- Familiarity with GenAI, AI agents and AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex.
- Experience building applications, prototypes or automation solutions through work, education or personal projects.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
- You don't need to have everything Experience gained through university projects, internships, personal projects or professional work is all relevant.
