The US Carrier Sales Manager supports capacity planning and execution across North America. You will manage the capacity team, secure transportation with preferred carriers, and monitor availability. The role connects carrier partners, operations teams, and planning resources. You will report to the Director of Capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the capacity team and daily carrier coverage
- Monitor load volumes, availability, and transportation costs
- Secure capacity with preferred or contracted carriers
- Coordinate dispatch, terminal, and warehouse load execution




- Support capacity escalations, reporting, and carrier onboarding

Requirements:

- One to three years in logistics or transportation
- Experience with US domestic freight carrier sourcing
- Familiarity with load planning or transportation management systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and holiday flexibility required
