As an Information Governance and Knowledge Management Analyst, you will support AESO’s Law and Customer Projects Division. You will develop governance practices, improve repositories, and guide responsible technology adoption. The work spans legal, privacy, records, security, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop information governance practices, taxonomies, metadata, and knowledge bases
- Improve information accessibility, searchability, reliability, and reuse
- Research AI trends and prepare risk and opportunity recommendations
- Deliver awareness sessions, guidance, and coaching




- Maintain the Division’s information management roadmap

Requirements:

- Degree in information, records, library, business, data, or related studies
- Five to seven years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience
- Experience managing repositories, knowledge bases, and collaborative workspaces
- Experience applying responsible AI or emerging technologies
