Lead clinical operations for Baycrest’s Apotex 6 with expertise in person-centred care, quality improvement, and long-term care leadership. This permanent full-time position works days.

Reporting to the Director, Resident Care and Experience, the Manager oversees three long-term care neighbourhoods. The position leads interprofessional teams, supports resident and family experience, and advances secure, high-quality care. Key areas include regulatory compliance, Best Practice Guidelines, staff development, and fiscal stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visible leadership across three long-term care neighbourhoods
- Oversee daily clinical and operational activities
- Advance quality improvement and Best Practice Guidelines
- Monitor clinical, workforce,



and resident experience indicators
- Steward staffing, scheduling, supplies, and financial resources

Requirements:

- Current certificate of competence from a regulatory college
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification, Level C
- Three years related nursing experience preferred
- Two years supervisory experience in an LTCH preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-resolution expertise
