Westside Midwives in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a collaborative midwife to join a five-person team sharing call duties. The position offers a adaptable schedule with roughly 6–8 shifts per month (about 15% of the team’s workload) and room to take on additional clinic or call work if desired.

Experience with home birth, waterbirth, and hospital transfers is valued, along with strong communication and interprofessional collaboration.
