As BI & Analytics Manager, you will guide analytics teams and partner with clients, account teams, and technology stakeholders. The position supports data mapping, dashboard development, reporting, data modeling, and workplace trend analysis. You will help shape governed, scalable BI products and analytics roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BI platform initiatives across client analytics delivery
- Guide analysts and account resources through standards and mentoring
- Develop dashboards, tabular models, and analytics proofs of concept
- Maintain analytics roadmaps, backlogs, and development workflows




- Oversee Power BI performance, metrics, and semantic layer design

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field
- Experience leading analytics, BI, or data teams
- Experience managing clients and stakeholders
- Hands-on business intelligence and data visualization platform experience
- Experience with data mapping, modeling, and solution design
