Our client is a leading automotive-sector distributor seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its team. The successful candidate will handle commercial leasing matters and ideally bring experience drafting commercial agreements and supporting M&A.; This position reports to the company’s Director, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle commercial leasing matters for the business
- Draft commercial agreements when required
- Support matters involving mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

- At least four years of relevant experience
- Experience handling commercial leasing matters
- Ideal exposure to drafting commercial agreements
- Ideal exposure to mergers and acquisitions
- Availability for GTA hybrid work
