Celltrion seeks an experienced Nursing Leader for its Patient Support Program. You will supervise nurses, support Celltrion Connect, and collaborate with commercial teams. The position centers on patient and prescriber satisfaction, continuous improvement, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and support field-based nursing teams
- Optimize schedules, coverage, resources, and nurse field time
- Coordinate program objectives with commercial teams
- Monitor satisfaction and address patient concerns
- Ensure regulatory and organizational policy compliance

Requirements:

- Three-plus years managing pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs
- Five-plus years of relevant experience accepted
- Experience with biologics or biosimilars
- Current Canadian provincial nursing registration
- Experience managing field nurse case managers
