The Maintenance Manager supports Engineering leadership while coordinating daily department operations. The position assigns and tracks requests, schedules preventive maintenance, coordinates vendors, and supports protected, reliable hotel facilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily Engineering activities and complete work orders
- Monitor HotSOS requests, updates, follow-up, and closure
- Coordinate preventive maintenance for hotel equipment and facilities
- Support contractors, vendors, inspections,



and regulatory records
- Prepare engineering reports and outstanding-work summaries

Requirements:

- Three years’ hotel or related industry experience
- Two years’ supervisory experience in a hotel environment
- Technical, trade, or vocational degree or diploma
- Strong building operations and problem-solving knowledge
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts
