Support Polycom conference rooms and enterprise technology onsite in Sudbury, Ontario, using Windows troubleshooting, Android expertise, and client-facing technical service.

DXC Technology seeks an Onsite Field Services Technician to maintain client technology and resolve escalated system problems. You will support Polycom units, Android TV boxes, tablets, mobile devices, Windows 10 and 11, and Office 365 products. The work includes installations, equipment changes, project support, documentation, and user guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and refresh Polycom conference rooms and units
- Support Android TV boxes installed in plants
- Resolve escalated hardware and software problems
- Coordinate complex installation, move, add, and change activities




- Document systems, performance, plans, and technical activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Two to five years of IT technical support experience
- Recent Windows operating systems experience, preferably enterprise-based
- Office 365 product experience, including Teams and SharePoint
- Basic to complex network troubleshooting ability
