Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, the Interim Pharmacy Manager oversees medication preparation, inventory, and department performance. The position combines staff supervision, financial accountability, customer education, and timely responses to patient and doctor requests. Loblaw’s pharmacy services contribute to its Health & Wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, hire, coach, and manage pharmacy staff performance
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
- Maintain inventory levels for medications and supplements




- Counsel patients and document medication discussions appropriately
- Review budgets, sales, contributions, and dispensary costs

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A pharmacist license
- Minimum three years of retail setting experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- People management ability with coaching and motivation experience
- Healthwatch or KROLL Pharmacy systems knowledge is an asset
