Operate vacuum trucks and transport hazardous or non-hazardous waste for GFL from customer sites. This position requires a valid DZ license and protected equipment handling.

The DZ Operator / Vac Truck Services position supports waste collection, delivery, removal, and cargo handling. You will operate vacuum, box, and other licensed equipment when necessary. The work includes industrial vacuum operations, loading and unloading, inspections, documentation, and customer communication. GFL requires careful compliance with transportation and occupational safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate vacuum equipment in industrial settings
- Transport, remove, deliver, and collect customer waste
- Load, unload, secure, and inspect truck cargo
- Complete vehicle inspections and report defects
- Deliver products and accurate paperwork courteously

Requirements:

- Valid DZ license
- Strong mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle maintenance
- Organizational, oral, and written communication abilities
- Ability to lift more than 75 pounds
- Availability Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
