Support efficient building operations with HVAC expertise as a Level 2 Building Operator at QuadReal Property Group. Monitor systems, repairs, and tenant requests.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this intermediate Building Operator provides operational and technical support within a building operations team. You will help maintain assigned commercial high-rise buildings safely, environmentally responsibly, and efficiently. The work includes mechanical systems, BAS monitoring, and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain climate control systems
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety maintenance
- Monitor BAS alarms and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform chemical testing and floor checks




- Respond promptly to tenant service requests

Requirements:

- Valid 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate
- Building Operator Certificate in good standing with ABSA
- Minimum three years’ commercial high-rise operations experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and minor repair experience
- Ability to interpret drawings, manuals, and safety documentation
