As a Project Coordinator, you will support Seymour Pacific Developments’ project management team. The work centers on scheduling construction projects, coordinating documentation, and resolving issues across departments. You will monitor progress, risks, changes, and close-out activities while communicating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track schedules, change orders, deficiencies, progress, and project close-out
- Coordinate RFIs, site instructions, logs, schedules, and punch lists
