As a Project Manager, you will oversee emergency and restoration work from initiation through completion. You will assess sites, prepare estimates, maintain documentation, and communicate with clients, adjusters, consultants, insurers, and stakeholders. The work supports quality, budget, schedule compliance, customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage restoration projects from initiation through completion
- Prepare estimates, floor plans, and documentation using Xactimate
- Coordinate subcontractors, permits, inspections, and job activities




- Secure authorizations and deposits while maintaining project controls
- Oversee billing, collections, safety, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and DocuSketch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Robust customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
