This permanent IT Team Lead role guides a cross-functional Agile team building on-premises and cloud-native financial services applications. You will lead approximately four to five direct reports while contributing across development, testing, DevOps, support, and architecture. Strong technical judgment supports system design, delivery, and application evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Sprint Planning, Execution, Scrum, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Lead development across the entire application
- Design systems and perform peer reviews
- Integrate code and create CI/CD deployment pipelines




- Deliver project development, testing, DevOps, support, and architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
- Three-plus years with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Two-plus years leading teams and deploying AWS applications
- Solid AWS services, relational database, Git, and Agile experience
