Hydro Ottawa is seeking a GIS/CAD Technician in Ottawa, ON. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining GIS and CAD drawings for electrical facilities, including recent construction, substations and streetlight records.

The technician will develop GIS and OMS data and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. The position supports a hybrid work model and requires post-secondary education in GIS or civil/cartographic fields with CAD/GIS software experience.
