As a Lead and Principal AI Transformation Associate Manager, you design and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes. You prioritise use cases, define roadmaps, and guide responsible AI governance. You also develop teams and translate emerging AI developments into strategic thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own AI transformation design and delivery through measurable business outcomes
- Define AI strategy, prioritise use cases, and maintain transformation roadmaps
- Lead assessments, reviews, adoption programmes, and organisational change
- Embed ethical AI, governance, compliance,



and value tracking frameworks
- Develop teams, set standards, and provide hands-on mentorship

Requirements:

- Minimum four years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation programmes
- At least two years managing and mentoring people
- University Degree required for this position
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- English required for global stakeholder interactions
