As Program Head, you will oversee academic leadership, operations, curriculum, practicum partnerships, compliance, and student support. The position works with faculty, students, school divisions, community partners, and internal departments. Your leadership will help maintain an industry-relevant learning experience for Educational Assistant students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily Educational Assistant Certificate Program operations
- Support student retention, progression, completion, and success
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and support program instructors
- Lead curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives




- Develop practicum relationships with schools and community organizations

Requirements:

- Certificate or diploma in Educational Assistant or related studies
- Minimum five years of Educational Assistant or related experience
- Leadership experience in education or student support
- Knowledge of inclusive education, disability support, or learner support
- Alternatively, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
