Coordinate mechanical design and energy optimization deliverables at EllisDon, using AutoCAD, Revit, and document management skills during pursuit and pre-construction phases.

As Project Coordinator, you will assist the Design Build Mechanical Design & Energy Optimization Manager. The work includes coordinating schedules, design meetings, consultants, building systems, permits, pricing, and energy performance solutions. You will support multidisciplinary communication across architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and specialty design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track design deliverables, milestones, schedules, and project documentation
- Organize design meetings, workshops, reviews, agendas, and action items
- Coordinate consultants, disciplines, permits, approvals, and client submissions




- Review mechanical pricing, proposal documents, drawings, and specifications
- Support RFIs, design changes, quality control, and document control

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant consulting, energy, or facilities experience
- Mechanical building systems and services knowledge
- Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD for drafting and coordination
- Valuable understanding of Bluebeam Revu
- Mechanical Engineering diploma, degree, related education, or equivalent
