Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / CasualReports to: Nurse SupervisorSalary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hourYour Day to Day:Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.); Supervising nurse assistants for medication administration; Assess and monitor patient medication response; Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings; Ensure explicit and concise documentation of patient care; Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care; What You Bring to the Table:LPN Licensein British Columbia (required)Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient careKorean language skills(preferred)Self-motivated and reliableNice to Have:Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient careSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
